2012 UXOC Pony Express Trail Run

Over Presidents Day weekend was Utah's Xterra Owner's Club annual Pony Express Run. We met at 9am at Chevron at the crossroads (Red Wood Rd & SR 92), west Lehi. We head West along the old Pony Express route. We had 11 Xterra's show, it was awesome. What a convoy! This was our 3rd one, and we end it when we get to Wendover usually around 6 pm. This year Don and I decided to make this our first weekend away from Carter (sad) so we got a suite for the night in Wendover and tried out the Golden Nugget Buffet for dinner, it was ok. I cried only 3 hours into the trip when the thought of not seeing Carter ALL day and night hit me. He was spending the night with Grandma and Grandpa and had lots of fun. Here are a few pics, enjoy!

We had FOUR yellow xterra's this year, normally we're the only yellow one!

Nissan as of 2010, or 2011 isn't making the Solar Yellow Xterra's anymore, how sad. I love yellow!
